引き続き、バックハンドストロークのことですぅ 
今日は、この季節に珍しく、中途半端に暖かい
日でした。
用事を済ませてから、先日行った「全国うまいもの大会」で
ゲットしたローズヒッブハーブティーを入れて、
パソコン
の前へ

ありがとうございます。| 調子が悪いときは飛ばそう飛ばそうと思わずに、いい打球音を出すことにだけ集中するといいですヨ。 「ぐしょっ」とか「ぐしゃっ」、「しゅっ」みたいな音ではなくしっかりとして「パーンッ」という音を出そうと考えながらやってみてくださいっ。 |

はじめまして。テニス頑張っている人大好きです。
私はここ６年テニスしていますが、テニスは奥深いですよねー。
振動どめですが、私はしていないのです。ラケットのどの部分に当たっているのか、当たりの厚さが振動どめがあると感覚がわからなくなるんで・・・。
得にラケットにボールがぺターっとくっついて押している感覚があるのが気持ちいいんだよ～～。
人によって好みもあるし、自分にあったものを使えば気分もいいし～テニスも楽しくなるもんね。
楽しくおもえる事が上達の近道とコーチに言われるんだけど、なかなかそう簡単ではないけど、
頑張ってくださいね。私も今からレッスンです。覚悟して気合いれないと・・・。
